The GARF take place in one of the most beautiful venue in Wallonia (French speaking Belgium) : Manège de la Caserne Fonck, rue Ransonet, 2 à 4020 Liège (Outremeuse), close to the city center, see the virtual tour on www.festivaldeliege.be/manegefonck. There will be the opportunity to take the air in front of the venue and food trucks and a “rock market” will be installed in the courtyard of the Institute Saint-Luc next door.
